The Tombo Band 21 Tremolo harmonica has 42 reeds set on plates recessed into a plastic body, and the cover plates are of highly polished stainless steel. Tremolos have two reeds for every hole, both blow and draw, one of which is fractionally off tune, to give that full, warm and wavering tone, which is prefered by Folk musicians.
Harmonic minor tunings are ideal when playing Eastern, Gypsey and Yiddish tunes.
