The two Double Bass models from Suzuki are the SDB-29 and the SDB-39, which compliment the Chord models perfectly when group playing. The special voicing or tuning gives the Double Bass a beautiful, rich sound quality. Each note has two reeds an octave apart to add to the richness of tone.
The SDB-29 has 29 holes and 29 notes (blow only) and a two octave range from E1 to e.
Contruction: Polished stainless steel coverplates, brass mouthpieces, ABS bodies.

the SDB-39 has extra notes on the high end to give almost a three octave chromatic scale and it has 39 holes and 39 notes (blow only), with a range of E1 to c.
