Hohner Chromonica 260/40
Product Description
The Chromonica (260/40) is a ten-holed chromatic harmonica, which was first developed in 1911 and it is almost the same apart from a few minor modifications and, is the blue print for all following chromatics. It has a range of two and a half octaves and the 40 refers to the number of reeds in the instrument. The cover plates are nickel plated,and the reed plates are nailed to the pearwood body in the traditional manner.
The Chromonica 40 is available in the keys of C or G, a popular key with folk musicians.
